At M. Pires, we are proud to have completed nearly ten high-quality renovation projects in Oronoque Village, Stratford’s unique 55‑plus community built between 1971 and 1977. Originally developed on former orchards and farmland, Oronoque Village was designed as a cluster condominium community surrounded by an 18‑hole championship golf course, offering residents both charm and convenience.
